- Safely drive passengers or deliver goods to designated locations on schedule
- Use GPS and navigation apps to map optimal routes, avoiding traffic and construction delays
- Perform pre trip and post trip safety checks (brakes, oil, tire pressure) and report maintenance needs
- Assist with loading/unloading cargo or passenger luggage, following safety protocols
- Interact with clients, passengers, or customers professionally
- Maintain accurate travel logs, mileage records, and delivery receipts
Requirements
- Appropriate and valid driver's license for the class of vehicle (e.g., non CDL, CDL, heavy vehicle permit)
- Clean driving record with no recent traffic violations or at fault accidents
- Proficiency in using GPS devices and route planning software
- Ability to sit for extended periods and lift heavy packages (typically up to 50 70 pounds)
- Strong punctuality and ability to manage strict delivery or appointment schedules

Job Overview

Qualifications & Skills
