- Design, review, and optimize HVAC systems, ensuring comfort, efficiency, and compliance with local codes and standards
- Prepare HVAC layouts and calculations
- Collaborate with architects, designers, and consultants
- Coordinate with contractors during installation and commissioning
- Perform site inspections, troubleshoot system issues, recommend corrective actions, and oversee maintenance and repair activities
- Contribute to value engineering, energy efficient solutions, and documentation, including technical reports, drawings, and operation and maintenance guidelines
Requirements
- Strong foundation in HVAC Engineering and HVAC principles, including load calculations, equipment selection, and system sizing
- Hands on experience with HVAC Design and Computer Aided Design (CAD) tools for preparing and reviewing technical drawings and layouts
- Practical skills in HVAC installation oversight, testing, commissioning, and Maintenance & Repair of residential HVAC systems
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience
- Familiarity with UAE building codes, safety regulations, and energy efficiency standards for MEP systems
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications, and to coordinate effectively with multidisciplinary project teams
- Strong problem solving, time management, and communication skills, with the ability to work on site and manage multiple priorities
- Previous experience in the UAE

Role Description
- This is a full time, on site Heating and Air Conditioning Engineer role based in Dubai.
- The Heating and Air Conditioning Engineer will design, review, and optimize HVAC systems, ensuring comfort, efficiency, and compliance with local codes and standards.
- Responsibilities include preparing HVAC layouts and calculations, collaborating with architects, designers, and consultants, and coordinating with contractors during installation and commissioning.
