About the Role

Responsibilities
- Install, assemble, and commission HVAC equipment including Chillers, AHUs, FCUs, Split Units, and Ventilation Systems
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on all HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance
- Carry out routine inspections, cleaning, filter replacements, and lubrication of equipment
- Monitor system performance and identify potential issues before they result in breakdowns
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and control system faults in HVAC equipment
- Perform timely repairs to minimize downtime and ensure continuous system operation
- Replace defective components, parts, and wiring as needed
- Adhere strictly to all HSE requirements, PPE standards, and site safety procedures
- Ensure compliance with client safety regulations and industry standards
- Maintain proper documentation of all maintenance and repair activities
Requirements
- Proven field experience as an HVAC Technician with hands on exposure to Chillers, AHUs, FCUs, Split Units, and Ventilation Systems
- Minimum 2–4 years of relevant experience in HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair
- Diploma or ITI certification in HVAC, Refrigeration, or Mechanical Engineering
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and controls
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical manuals, schematics, and wiring diagrams
- Familiarity with refrigerants, compressors, motors, and electrical systems
- Good communication skills (English preferred)
- Strong problem solving and analytical abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to work rotational shifts and extended hours

Key Responsibilities

- Ensure proper placement, alignment, and connection of all system components as per manufacturer specifications and safety standards.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on all HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Carry out routine inspections, cleaning, filter replacements, and lubrication of equipment.
- Monitor system performance and identify potential issues before they result in breakdowns.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and control system faults in HVAC equipment.

Qualifications & Requirements
