As a Healthcare Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and attracting top talent for various healthcare facilities and organizations.
Your expertise will be instrumental in building a strong workforce that meets the staffing needs of hospitals, clinics, and other medical institutions.
You will be responsible for the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to onboarding new hires.
This position demands a deep understanding of the healthcare industry, including the specific qualifications and skills that health professionals must possess.
The role requires excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively liaise between candidates and employers, ensuring that both parties' needs and expectations are met.
By fostering meaningful relationships and staying current with industry trends, you will contribute significantly to maintaining the quality and efficiency of healthcare services.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies for healthcare positions.
- Source, screen, and evaluate qualified candidates for various healthcare roles.
- Manage and conduct interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
- Liaise with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements.
- Create and manage job postings on various recruitment platforms and portals.
- Build and maintain relationships with educational institutions and healthcare organizations.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in recruitment, preferably within the healthcare industry.
- Strong understanding of healthcare roles and the qualifications required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with candidates.
- Proficient in using recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment assignments simultaneously and efficiently.
- Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to mediate candidate and employer expectations.
- Familiarity with employment laws and compliance in the healthcare sector.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail in managing recruitment processes.
