Role Overview
- The Healthcare Access Senior Manager is a strategic execution and leadership role responsible for directing Pfizer Saudi Arabia's Health Access Managers team the primary access field force serving payers and clinical pharmacists across the governmental sector.
- This role drives reimbursement strategies, removes barriers to patient access, and bridges field intelligence with internal Market Access and HTA functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and develop the Health Access Managers team, building a high performing, geographically deployed field force. Foster a culture of accountability, continuous learning, and patient centricity across the team.
