Responsibilities
- Visit physicians to promote Pfizer products and distribute samples and marketing literature
- Provide approved information to HCP on Pfizer products, including proper medical usage, dosage, and side effects
- Report visits and other activities using available platforms
- Build relationships with target customers to enhance territory knowledge and generate sales
- Segment and target high potential customers
- Provide feedback to sales management on customer requests, responses to promotions, and competitive activities
- Diagnose territory situation and design/implement territory action plan
- Prepare POA for territory and products, and present reports according to HR Manager recommendations
- Organize AV & PHM activities
- Attend regular sales meetings and capture/market intelligence
- Liaise with territory team members to share information and support team
- Maintain and update territory and administrative systems/processes
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy
- Valid professional classification and license from the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS) as a Licensed Pharmacist
- Good command of English language (speaking, writing, listening, pronunciation)
- Excellent knowledge of promoted products and relevant therapeutic areas
- Effective selling and presentation skills
- Basic computer ability (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)

Role Overview
- Responsible for maximizing Pfizer growth through sales & promotion activities and being a business enabler as a territory owner within a certain geography.
Key Activities
- Visiting physicians to promote Pfizer products.
- Distributing product samples and marketing literature to HCP.
- Providing approved information to HCP on Pfizer products, e.g., proper medical usage, dosage amounts and side effects.
- Reporting visits and other activities using available platforms.
- Build relationships with target customers to enhance territory knowledge to gain product endorsement to generate sales.
- Ensure accurate, timely and relevant customer knowledge is captured and shared using agreed processes.
- Segment and target high potential customers.
- Visiting physicians with focus on target KOL and selected physicians to promote Pfizer products and build strong relationships.
- Providing feedback to sales management on customer requests, responses to promotions and product access and competitive activities.
- Diagnosis of territory situation leading to design and implementation of territory action plan.
- Develop and execute territory business plan.
- Preparing POA for territory and products.
Criteria for Applying
- Holding bachelor's degree in pharmacy.
- Must hold a valid professional classification and license from the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS) as a Licensed Pharmacist.
- Good command of English language, speaking, writing, listening and pronunciation.
- Excellent knowledge of promoted products.
- Knowledge of relevant therapeutic areas and competitors.
- Effective selling and presentation skills.
- Basic Computer ability e.g., Excel / PowerPoint /Word/Outlook.
- Young and dynamic.
