About the Role
We are seeking an experienced HSE Officer to conduct EHSQ training, implement policies, and manage audits. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree, NEBOSH IGC Level 3, and 6+ years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities
- Conduct EHSQ training and toolbox talks as determined by the EHSQ Manager/training programme or as per contract requirements
- Implement EHSQ policy and procedures for all BU’s under Subsidiaries
- Surveillance, clearance, and control of sub contractors with regard to EHS matters
- Consolidation & analysis of Non Conformance Reports, implement preventative and corrective actions
- Implement audit programmes as per ISO programme
- Monitor and analyze EHSQ performance and create EHSQ reports
- Provide innovations and recommendations for safety culture improvement/advancement
- Carry out internal quality and visual safety inspections as determined by contract need
- Scheduling, planning and record keeping for safety critical equipment requiring calibration, permits and access equipment
- Provision of advice regarding technical / EHSQ queries
- Conduct COSHH assessments, work place assessments and generic/specific risk assessments
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree is a must
- PG Diploma / PG Degree is preferred
- NEBOSH IGC Level 3 Certification is a must
- Minimum 6 years relevant experience with minimum 2 years Supervisory Experience
- Knowledge of ISO documentation standards, preferably an Internal ISO auditor
- Preferably having Training certification and training experience
- Numerical Ability and Process and result orientation
- Analytical and Problem Solving skills and ownership and accountability
- Advanced communication skills in English (Oral and Written) and knowledge in other languages will be an advantage
