Responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth and market expansion across the assigned territory of Africa and Turkey (excluding Egypt)
- Develop and execute strategic territory, account, and opportunity plans aligned with Oracle's healthcare industry objectives
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities within healthcare providers, government health entities, healthcare payers, and related organizations
- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline while consistently achieving or exceeding assigned revenue targets
- Lead complex, enterprise wide sales cycles from opportunity identification through contract negotiation and closure
- Establish and maintain trusted relationships with C suite executives, healthcare leaders, clinical stakeholders, and decision makers
- Position Oracle as a strategic partner in healthcare transformation initiatives
- Partner closely with Solution Engineering, Consulting, Customer Success, Industry Specialists, Marketing, and Partner organizations
- Maintain accurate forecasting and opportunity tracking through Oracle sales tools and CRM systems
- Represent Oracle at healthcare conferences, executive forums, industry events, and customer engagements throughout Africa and Turkey
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Information Technology, Life Sciences, or related field
- 8+ years of successful enterprise software sales experience, preferably in healthcare, public sector healthcare, life sciences, or related industries
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in complex enterprise environments
- Experience selling cloud applications, healthcare information systems, EHR/EMR platforms, payer solutions, ERP, HCM, SCM, CX, EPM, analytics, or related enterprise technologies
- Strong understanding of healthcare business processes, clinical operations, healthcare policy, and digital transformation initiatives
- Demonstrated success engaging senior executives and influencing strategic decision making
- Experience managing opportunities across multiple countries and culturally diverse markets
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills

- Oracle is seeking a high performing, customer focused Health Industry Account Executive to drive strategic growth across healthcare markets in Africa and Turkey (excluding Egypt).
- Based in Dubai, this role is responsible for developing and executing sales strategies that expand Oracle's footprint within healthcare providers, health systems, ministries of health, public health organizations, payers, and related healthcare entities.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Information Technology, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- 8+ years of successful enterprise software sales experience, preferably within healthcare, public sector healthcare, life sciences, or related industries.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in complex enterprise environments.
