• We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Health Club Attendant to join our team in Doha, Qatar.
• The role is responsible for ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment in the health club, gym, pool, and surrounding areas while delivering excellent guest service.
• Welcome and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the health club, gym, pool, and changing areas
• Ensure safe use of gym equipment and monitor pool safety at all times
• Supervise pool area and enforce safety rules and regulations
• Set up and arrange pool deck, sunbeds, towels, and fitness areas
• Provide towels, amenities, and assist guests with requests
• Report maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly
• Monitor guest activities and ensure compliance with safety standards
• Assist in emergency situations when required and follow safety procedures
• Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude at all times

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a gym, hotel health club, or pool environment preferred
• Basic knowledge of pool safety and gym equipment
• Lifeguard certification where applicable
• Good communication and guest service skills
• Physically fit and able to work in active indoor/outdoor environments
• Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
