- Oversee the full service flow during each shift, from setup to closing, ensuring smooth and efficient operations
- Lead and support the service team on the floor — assigning sections, directing captains, and stepping in when needed
- Ensure all service standards, sequences, and fine dining protocols are followed consistently by all team members
- Handle guest concerns and special requests promptly, maintaining composure and professionalism at all times
- Conduct pre shift briefings to align the team on reservations, special occasions, menu updates, and daily priorities
- Monitor table flow and coordinate with the kitchen to ensure timing and quality of service are maintained
- Train and coach team members on the floor, identifying areas for improvement and providing on the spot feedback
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a fine dining or luxury hospitality environment
- At least 1 year in a senior service or team lead role
- Strong knowledge of fine dining etiquette, food and beverage service standards, and wine or beverage basics
- Fluent in English
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a guest first mindset

Role Brief
- This role is responsible for leading the floor team during service, ensuring every guest receives a polished and seamless dining experience.
- The Service Team Leader acts as the main link between the service staff and management — coaching the team on the floor, handling guest needs in the moment, and making sure service standards are met consistently.

Basic Qualifications

- Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a guest first mindset.
Compensation
- Starting Salary: SAR 2,500 SAR 3,000 plus FREE shared room, transportation, and 1 duty meal.
Schedule
- Deployment / Start Date: September October 2026.
Work Location
- In person at Via Riyadh.
