Responsibilities
- Carry food and drinks from the kitchen to the correct table as directed by the head waiter or supervisor
- Make sure all food orders are complete and presented correctly before they leave the kitchen
- Keep tables clean by removing used plates, glasses, and cutlery during and after each meal
- Refill water glasses and bread baskets for guests as needed throughout the meal
- Assist the main waiter in setting up tables before service, including placing cutlery, napkins, and condiments
- Communicate clearly with kitchen staff and waiters to make sure food reaches guests while it is still hot
- Follow all health, hygiene, and food safety rules as required by the restaurant and Saudi regulations
Requirements
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is an advantage but not required
- Ability to speak and understand basic English and/or Arabic to communicate with the team and guests
- Must be physically fit and able to stand, walk, and carry trays for long periods during a shift
- Must hold a valid Saudi Iqama or be eligible to work in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
