- Minimum 2 years of experience as Head Waiter/Waitress in restaurants, lounges, or hotels
- Minimum 1 2 years of bartending experience in a high volume venue
- Previous experience as a hostess, receptionist, or customer service professional preferred
- Fluent English; additional languages are an advantage
- Strong leadership and communication skills

- Join our dynamic hospitality team in Dubai! We are currently seeking experienced and passionate professionals for the following positions: Head Waiters / Head Waitresses, Bartenders, Hostesses.
Key Responsibilities
- Head Waiters: Lead and supervise the service team during shifts; ensure exceptional guest service; coordinate table service; train and mentor junior staff; maintain high standards of hygiene and service quality; handle guest feedback.
- Bartenders: Prepare and serve beverages according to company standards; deliver outstanding customer service; maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area; monitor inventory; ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Hostesses: Welcome guests warmly; manage reservations and seating arrangements; handle guest inquiries; maintain accurate waitlists and booking records; ensure smooth guest flow.
Requirements
- Head Waiters: Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within restaurants, lounges, or hotels; strong leadership and communication skills; excellent knowledge of food and beverage service standards; fluent English; positive attitude.
- Bartenders: Minimum 1–2 years of bartending experience in a high volume venue; strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, and beverages; excellent communication skills; ability to work efficiently in a fast paced environment; professional appearance.
- Hostesses: Previous experience as a hostess, receptionist, or customer service professional preferred; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; professional grooming and presentation; fluent English; friendly and customer oriented personality.
