Lead the Technology Governance and Assurance function for group technology across multiple businesses and regions.
Provide technology leadership across governance frameworks, regulatory compliance, risk management, and assurance.
Role Profile
- Develop and enforce governance frameworks to ensure compliance with internal and regulatory standards.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to monitor adherence to technology policies.
- Identify and mitigate IT risks through structured risk management practices.
- Oversee vendor contracts and organizational performance expectations.
- Set demand, portfolio, vendor management, and financial control processes and frameworks for technology.
- Implement quality assurance practices across technology initiatives.
- Forecast technology financial requirements and monitor budget utilization.
- Lead change management efforts for new initiatives.
Requirements
- Bring 10–15 years of experience in PMO, governance, risk management, or audit roles within group technology.
- Have strong leadership experience managing complex cross-functional projects and teams.
- Hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant business, technology, engineering, or related field, or have equivalent experience.
- Hold CGEIT certification.
- Hold CISA, CISM, or an equivalent risk and compliance certification.
- Hold Certified Project Management Professional and ITIL certifications.
