- Conduct regular quality audits and performance evaluations of spa team members
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Spa Therapist, including at least 1 year in a supervisory role

- Relevant certification in spa therapy, massage, or wellness treatments

Overview
- We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Head Spa Therapist to lead spa operations within a prestigious 5 star luxury property in Dubai.
- This role is ideal for a passionate wellness professional with strong leadership capabilities, dedicated to delivering exceptional guest experiences while upholding the highest standards of service excellence.
- The position will directly report to the Director of Spa.
