- Familiarity with UAE Central Bank regulations
- Strong leadership and strategic thinking skills

Role Purpose
- The Head of Treasury is responsible for developing and executing the Bank's treasury strategy to ensure effective balance sheet management, liquidity, funding, capital optimization, and market risk management.
- The role oversees all treasury activities, including asset and liability management (ALM), funding, liquidity, investment portfolio management, foreign exchange, money markets, and interest rate risk, while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements issued by the UAE Central Bank and other app
