Responsibilities
- Support the implementation and governance of the Group's Target Operating Model (TOM) across international branches and subsidiaries.
- Conduct operational assessments, gap analyses, and regulatory reviews, providing recommendations and periodic reporting.
- Coordinate the rollout of new products, systems, operational processes, and business initiatives across international locations.
- Support policy and procedure reviews, process re engineering, and quality assurance framework implementation.
- Monitor operational reporting across international entities and escalate issues where necessary.
- Partner with Compliance, Risk, Operations, and Business teams to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and Group standards.
- Support international branch onboarding, operational readiness, and ongoing governance activities.
- Coordinate remediation activities related to internal and external audit observations.
- Drive operational efficiency, system optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Build strong relationships with international branches, subsidiaries, and internal stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration and delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Banking, Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum 10 years of banking operations experience, including Electronic Banking, Core Banking Operations, and International Banking Operations.
- At least 5 years of experience managing or supporting international banking operations.
- Strong understanding of banking regulations, compliance requirements, and operational governance frameworks.
- Experience supporting branch setup, operational implementation, and ongoing operational support within an international banking environment.
- Strong project management and implementation experience.
- Excellent operational risk, governance, and compliance knowledge.
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship building skills.
- Experience with Core Banking Systems and Electronic Banking Channels.
- Excellent analytical, problem solving, and decision making abilities.
- Strong documentation and report writing capabilities, including business requirements and operational procedures.

Qualifications & Experience
