Global Correspondent Network

  • We are building a worldwide correspondent network with fixed reporting teams across all major continents and robotics markets.
  • These teams will report from robotics events, factories, showrooms, product launches, demonstrations, trade fairs, conferences and important industry locations.

What You Will Do

  • Build the viral growth system across TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Snapchat, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
  • Turn correspondent footage into high retention short form content.
  • Create formats that do not depend only on our own footage, including AI generated concept videos, photo carousels, shock/future scenarios, etc.
  • Create the format library and define hooks, pacing, captions, titles, cover frames, thumbnails, cuts, loops and comment triggers.
  • Brief scriptwriters, AI producers, video editors, designers and distribution managers.
  • Work closely with the newsroom, robotics research team, correspondent teams and analytics lead.
  • Define what gets tested, what gets stopped and what gets scaled.

First 30 Days Deliverables

  • 50 repeatable video formats, 20 carousel formats, 20 AI video concepts, 20 interview formats, 20 Robby formats, 200 hook examples, platform specific posting rules, a 30 day content test plan, a daily testing workflow, a weekly reporting structure, a paid amplification framework, a creator collaborat

Who We Are Looking For

  • We are looking for someone who has already proven that they understand viral growth.
  • You may be a creator, creator strategist, short form growth lead, viral video strategist, performance creative lead, growth consultant, former media company growth lead, AI content strategist, or founder of a viral content operation.
  • We care less about formal titles. We care about proof.

Required Experience

  • You must be able to show concrete examples of content you helped grow: videos with 1M+ views, accounts you helped scale, formats you created, hooks you wrote, retention strategies you used, paid/organic growth systems you built, examples of fast testing and scaling.
  • You should be able to explain why a video worked.

Required Skills

  • Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and short form video platforms.
  • Strong hook writing ability.
  • Strong sense for viral content mechanics.
  • Strong understanding of retention and watch time.
  • Strong understanding of paid + organic social growth.
  • Ability to lead editors, producers and designers.
  • Ability to turn raw footage into high performing concepts.
  • Ability to use AI tools for content creation and ideation.
  • Ability to build repeatable formats, not only one off videos.
  • Ability to work fast and test aggressively.
  • Ability to read analytics and make decisions from data.
  • Ability to balance viral reach with brand trust.
