Synolon Systems is building a global robotics media platform and seeks a Head of Social Dominance and Viral Growth to lead viral content strategy across TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other platforms.

Responsibilities
- Build the viral growth system across TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Snapchat, LinkedIn and other platforms
- Turn correspondent footage from events, factories, interviews and robot demos into high retention short form content
- Create formats including AI generated concept videos, photo carousels, shock/future scenarios, robot job disruption explainers, reaction videos, interview snippets, price comparison content, ranking videos, market maps, robot fear/opportunity narratives, Robby mascot formats, trend jacking formats, and creator collaboration formats
- Define hooks, pacing, captions, titles, cover frames, thumbnails, cuts, loops and comment triggers
- Brief scriptwriters, AI producers, video editors, designers and distribution managers
- Work closely with the newsroom, robotics research team, correspondent teams and analytics lead
- Define what gets tested, what gets stopped and what gets scaled
Requirements
- Proven experience growing content to 1M+ views
- Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and short form video platforms
- Strong hook writing ability
- Ability to build repeatable formats and scale content
- Ability to lead editors, producers and designers
- Ability to use AI tools for content creation and ideation
- Strong English communication skills

What You Will Do
- Build the viral growth system across TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Snapchat, LinkedIn and other platforms.
- Turn correspondent footage into high retention short form content.
- Create formats that do not depend only on our own footage, including AI generated concept videos, photo carousels, shock/future scenarios, robot job disruption explainers, reaction videos, interview snippets, price comparison content, ranking videos, market maps, robot fear/opportunity narratives, R
- Create the format library and define hooks, pacing, captions, titles, cover frames, thumbnails, cuts, loops and comment triggers.
- Brief scriptwriters, AI producers, video editors, designers and distribution managers.
- Work closely with the newsroom, robotics research team, correspondent teams and analytics lead.
- Define what gets tested, what gets stopped and what gets scaled.
Required Experience
- Must be able to show concrete examples of content you helped grow, including videos with 1M+ views, accounts you helped scale, formats you created, hooks you wrote, retention strategies you used, paid/organic growth systems you built, and examples of fast testing and scaling.
- Should be able to explain why a video worked.

Compensation / Engagement Models
- Full time leadership role, Fractional Head of Growth role, 90 day intensive setup mandate, Strategic consulting plus weekly performance review, or Hybrid model with base compensation and performance upside.
Test Assignment
- Before final engagement, we may ask for a paid 48 hour strategy test involving raw footage, news items, product images, market data points, AI content prompts and brand context.
- Deliverables include 20 viral content ideas, 10 hooks, 5 short form scripts, 3 carousel concepts, 3 AI video concepts, 1 paid amplification plan, 1 30 day testing plan, and a short explanation of which ideas could reach 1M+ views and why.
