Head of Sales
to lead and scale our global sales operations in the forex and financial markets space.
This role is for a results-driven leader who can build strong teams, drive consistent deposits, and take full ownership of revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the global sales team across multiple regions
- Drive client acquisition, deposits, and revenue targets
- Build, train, and scale high-performing sales teams
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and funnels
- Monitor KPIs, conversion rates, and team performance
- Work closely with Business Development, Marketing, and Operations
Requirements
- Proven experience as Head of Sales / Sales Director in a forex or CFD brokerage
- Strong track record in driving deposits and revenue growth
- Experience managing large sales teams and multi-region operations
- Deep understanding of FX, commodities, and trading platforms (MT4/MT5)
- Strong leadership, communication, and closing skills
- Performance-driven and target-oriented mindset
