Are you an experienced Forex professional ready to grow with a company full of new opportunities and ambitious expansion plans?
We are looking for a
Results-Driven Business Development Manager
to join our fast-growing team and play a key role in building our global client base.
📍 Location: Dubai
💼 Industry: Forex And Financial Markets
🕒 Full-Time Position
Requirements
- Minimum
- 4 years of proven experience
- in Forex business development or brokerage sales
- Strong network of IBs, partners, and high-value clients
- Proven track record in client acquisition and deposit generation
- Deep understanding of FX products, trading platforms, and market dynamics
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to acquire new clients and partners
- Build and manage relationships with Introducing Brokers (IBs) and affiliates
- Drive revenue growth and meet monthly targets
- Identify new market opportunities and expansion channels
- Collaborate closely with sales and operations teams
