Role Overview

Zillionaire Markets is looking for a

Crm Executive

to manage

client deposits, withdrawals, and transaction records within our CRM system

.

The ideal candidate will ensure

accurate transaction tracking, smooth payment processing, and excellent client communication

while coordinating closely with the finance and operations teams.

Customer Support

  • Respond to client inquiries regarding
  • deposits and withdrawals
  • via phone, email, or chat
  • Guide clients through
  • deposit and withdrawal procedures
  • Provide updates to clients regarding
  • transaction status

Deposit Management

  • Record and update
  • client deposit details in the CRM system
  • Verify deposit confirmations and update
  • transaction status
  • Coordinate with the
  • finance team for deposit verification

Withdrawal Processing

  • Receive and verify
  • client withdrawal requests
  • Ensure withdrawals are
  • properly recorded in the CRM system
  • Coordinate with the
  • finance department for approvals and processing

Crm Data Management

  • Maintain
  • accurate transaction records in the CRM system
  • Track and update
  • pending, approved, and completed transactions
  • Ensure proper
  • documentation and record keeping

Issue Resolution

  • Handle
  • client complaints related to payment delays or transaction issues
  • Escalate unresolved cases to
  • management or finance department

Reporting

  • Prepare
  • daily reports of deposits and withdrawals
  • Maintain
  • client transaction history records for internal tracking

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in
  • Business Administration, Finance, or related field
  • **1–2 years experience**
  • in customer service, finance operations, or CRM management
  • Experience working with
  • CRM systems
  • Knowledge of
  • payment processes and transaction tracking
  • Strong
  • communication and problem-solving skills
