Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Corporate Sales function within the Travel & Tours division, ensuring achievement of revenue and growth targets
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand corporate accounts and increase market share in the business travel sector
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key corporate clients, travel managers, and decision makers
- Oversee the preparation of corporate travel solutions including group bookings, business travel programs, and MICE arrangements
- Collaborate with airlines, hotels, DMCs, and global travel partners to negotiate competitive rates and service agreements
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities
- Lead, mentor, and develop the corporate sales team to ensure high performance and service excellence
- Ensure proper use of GDS systems and travel technologies to support efficient sales operations and reporting
- Review sales performance regularly and provide accurate forecasting and reporting to senior management
- Ensure all corporate accounts receive high quality service delivery and consistent client satisfaction
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Tourism, Hospitality Management, or related field
- 7–10 years of experience in corporate travel, travel sales, or tourism industry
- At least 3+ years in a managerial or leadership role
- Proven track record in corporate sales growth, account management, and business development within the travel industry
- Strong knowledge of corporate travel operations, including GDS systems such as Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo
- Experience in handling MICE, corporate contracts, and large scale travel programs

Qualifications
