- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred
- Minimum 10–15 years of progressive retail experience, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
- Strong leadership, analytical, and financial management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and retail systems (ERP/POS)
