- Support the development and execution of market access strategies across regional markets
- Contribute to pricing and reimbursement strategies, including submissions and negotiations
- Support tender strategy development and execution
- Participate in launch planning for new products and indications
- Prepare pricing dossiers, reimbursement submissions, and value communication materials
- Support HTA submissions and adapt global value dossiers to local markets
- Develop payer facing materials and assist in stakeholder engagement
- Analyze market, payer, and competitor insights to inform strategy
- Monitor pricing regulations, reimbursement trends, and policy changes
- Contribute to patient access and affordability initiatives
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and internal policies
- Collaborate cross functionally with medical, regulatory, and commercial teams
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Health Economics, or a related field
- 2–4 years of experience in market access, pricing, or healthcare consulting
- Strong understanding of pricing, reimbursement, and tender processes
- Knowledge of HTA and payer decision making frameworks
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
- Ability to work in a cross functional and multicultural environment
- Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Fluency in English and Arabic (French is a plus)

About the Role
- Our client, a leader in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industry, is seeking a Market Access Specialist to join their team in Dubai.
- You will report to the Market Access & Pricing Lead – MEA and support the development and execution of market access, pricing, and reimbursement strategies across key Middle East and Africa markets.
- The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a solid understanding of payer systems, and the ability to collaborate across multiple stakeholders.

About You
