- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and guests in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls and emails to appropriate departments
- Manage meeting room bookings and coordinate appointments
- Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception area
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and deliveries
- Assist with administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and document preparation
- Coordinate office supplies and support day to day office operations
- Maintain visitor logs and ensure compliance with office security procedures
- Provide general administrative support to various departments as required
Requirements
- High school diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Minimum 1 2 years of experience in a front desk, receptionist, or customer service role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Professional appearance and customer oriented attitude
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Fluency in English required; additional languages an advantage
