- Lead and execute group wide talent acquisition strategy, workforce planning, and executive hiring initiatives across multiple business units
- Manage end to end recruitment including executive search, headhunting, talent mapping, employer branding, and stakeholder management
- Drive recruitment performance through ATS optimization, recruitment analytics, KPIs, and process governance
- Lead and develop high performing recruitment teams while partnering closely with senior leadership on strategic hiring decisions
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related field
- Minimum 10 years of overall experience in Recruitment/Talent Acquisition
- At least 5 years in a managerial or leadership role
- Strong expertise in LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, recruitment analytics and talent mapping
- Preferred: Female Arabic speaker with experience in diversified groups (construction, real estate, retail, hospitality)

Job Description
- Lead and execute group wide talent acquisition strategy, workforce planning, and executive hiring initiatives across multiple business units.
- Manage end to end recruitment including executive search, headhunting, talent mapping, employer branding, and stakeholder management.
- Drive recruitment performance through ATS optimization, recruitment analytics, KPIs, and process governance.
- Lead and develop high performing recruitment teams while partnering closely with senior leadership on strategic hiring decisions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or any related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of overall experience in Recruitment/Talent Acquisition, including at least 5 years in a managerial or leadership role.
- Strong expertise in utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), recruitment analytics and talent mapping methodologies.
- Preferred candidate is a female Arabic speaker with experience working within diversified groups operating across sectors such as construction, real estate, retail, hospitality, or other conglomerate businesses.
