- Develop strategic sourcing plans for facilities management, security services, and manpower solutions
- Manage preferred vendor agreements for physical security guards, CCTV surveillance, and access control systems
- Source and maintain relationships with international recruitment agencies, talent suppliers, and HR outsourcing services
- Establish strict KPIs and SLAs for all service providers
- Monitor global and regional commodity/labor markets to optimize pricing and identify alternative suppliers
- Lead high stakes negotiations for long term service contracts
- Lead, mentor, and evaluate a team of procurement specialists, buyers, and sourcing managers
- Design and manage the overarching procurement budget, identifying cost saving opportunities
- Spearhead digitization of procurement processes utilizing ERP systems
- Ensure all procurement activities comply with industry standards and local regulations
- Perform continuous vendor risk assessments to prevent supply chain disruptions
Requirements
- Minimum of 10+ years in procurement and supply chain management
- At least 5 years in a senior leadership role, ideally within GCC or regional FM and security sectors
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related engineering/facilities field
- CIPS or CPSM certification strongly preferred
- Expert level commercial negotiation, highly developed analytical skills, and strong cross functional communication abilities

- Develop strategic sourcing plans for maintenance, HVAC, cleaning, catering, and MEP services
- Manage preferred vendor agreements for physical security guards, CCTV surveillance, and access control systems
- Source and maintain relationships with international recruitment agencies, talent suppliers, and HR outsourcing services
- Establish strict KPIs and SLAs for all service providers
- Monitor global and regional commodity/labor markets to optimize pricing and identify alternative suppliers
- Lead high stakes negotiations for long term service contracts while collaborating with the legal team
- Lead, mentor, and evaluate a team of procurement specialists, buyers, and sourcing managers
- Design and manage the overarching procurement budget, identifying cost saving opportunities
- Spearhead the digitization of procurement processes utilizing ERP systems (e.g., SAP Ariba, Oracle)
- Ensure all procurement activities comply with industry standards and local regulations
- Perform continuous vendor risk assessments to prevent supply chain disruptions or service shortages
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum of 10+ years in procurement and supply chain management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role, ideally within the GCC or regional FM and security sectors
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related engineering/facilities field
- CIPS or CPSM certification is strongly preferred
