Proven, verifiable track record of securing earned media coverage across international markets (financial, tech, tax, and CFO trade publications), including personally pitching journalists, placing experts, and running global campaigns
Self-driven approach with a high degree of independence, able to set your own priorities as a single owner, work directly with executive leadership, and ship output without needing layers of middle management above you
Exceptional ability to read complex regulatory guidelines, tax directives, or technical software specifications and rapidly translate them into clear, engaging, and accurate commercial language
Extensive experience advising C-level leaders and ghostwriting opinion pieces, keynotes, and articles while holding someone else's voice consistently

Crisis and issues communication experience within a SaaS or service-availability context
Additional working languages (German, French, or Spanish)
Experience building a communications function from a standing start rather than inheriting one
Your Responsibilities

- Plan and execute international media relations across key regions (Europe, Americas, ASEAN, MEA), maintaining direct relationships with key journalists, briefing spokespeople and managing regional PR agencies

- Equip sales, presales and channel partners with buyer-facing communication tools, product launch materials, case studies and flagship event messaging
- Deploy AI-assisted workflows for research, media monitoring, and content repurposing while maintaining strict standards for accuracy and human verification
- Track market Share of Voice, report monthly PR KPIs to executive leadership and manage the function's budget across agencies, tooling, and content production
