The Successful Applicant

• A successful Head of People & Culture should have:
• A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven expertise in the Media & Agency industry, particularly in Human Resources.
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
• Comprehensive understanding of HR policies, practices, and employment law.
• Experience in talent acquisition, employee engagement, and organisational development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A commitment to fostering an inclusive and collaborative workplace culture.
