Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the company's business growth strategy
- Identify new revenue streams and market opportunities within the digital assets and securities ecosystem
- Drive expansion into new geographical markets and regulatory jurisdictions
- Establish strategic partnerships with institutional clients, payment providers, financial market participants and banking partners
- Negotiate commercial agreements and partnership contracts
- Own and achieve revenue, trading volume, client acquisition, and profitability targets
- Develop and manage retail, institutional, OTC, and B2B business channels
- Collaborate with product and technology teams to launch new trading products and services
- Build, mentor, and lead high performing sales, business development, partnerships, and account management teams
- Work closely with compliance, legal, risk, and regulatory authorities including FSRA of ADGM, SCA UAE, and other jurisdictions
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or related field
- MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification preferred
- Minimum 10+ years of senior leadership experience in crypto, capital markets, fintech, brokerage, CFD, FX, or digital asset industries
- Strong network within cryptocurrency, blockchain, fintech, and institutional trading sectors
- Deep understanding of digital asset markets, exchange operations, liquidity, and trading ecosystems

Role Overview
- The role is responsible for driving business growth, revenue generation, strategic partnerships, client acquisition, and market expansion for the company's products while ensuring compliance with the regulatory framework of ADGM and FSRA.
- The role oversees commercial operations, institutional sales, retail growth initiatives, liquidity partnerships, affiliate programs, and strategic alliances.
Strategic Leadership
- Develop and execute the company's business growth strategy.
- Identify new revenue streams and market opportunities within the digital assets and securities ecosystem.
- Drive expansion into new geographical markets and regulatory jurisdictions.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to define long term business objectives.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
Business Development & Partnerships
- Establish strategic partnerships with institutional clients, payment providers, financial market participants and banking partners.
- Negotiate commercial agreements and partnership contracts.
- Develop relationships with family offices, hedge funds, proprietary trading firms, asset managers, and high net worth clients.
- Identify acquisition, merger, and strategic investment opportunities.
Revenue Growth & Commercial Operations
- Own and achieve revenue, trading volume, client acquisition, and profitability targets.
- Develop and manage retail, institutional, OTC, and B2B business channels.
- Design and implement client retention and revenue optimization strategies.
- Oversee pricing, fee structures, rebate programs, and partnership incentives.
Product & Market Development
- Collaborate with product and technology teams to launch new trading products and services.
- Enable wholesale block deals with major clients and enable liquidity provider onboarding.
- Initiate product launches with commodities / Asset based tokenization.
- Provide market feedback to improve user experience and platform functionality.
- Evaluate opportunities in Spot Trading, Futures & Perpetual Contracts, Margin Trading, Staking Services, Token Launch Platforms, Institutional Custody Solutions.
Team Leadership
- Build, mentor, and lead high performing sales, business development, partnerships, and account management teams.
- Establish KPIs, performance frameworks, and incentive structures.
Regulatory & Compliance Coordination
- Work closely with compliance, legal, risk, and regulatory authorities including FSRA of ADGM, SCA UAE, and other jurisdictions.
- Ensure all business activities comply with applicable regulations and licensing requirements.
- Support regulatory applications and market expansion initiatives.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or related field.
- MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification preferred.
- Minimum 10+ years of senior leadership experience in crypto, capital markets, fintech, brokerage, CFD, FX, or digital asset industries.
- Strong network within cryptocurrency, blockchain, fintech, and institutional trading sectors.
- Deep understanding of digital asset markets, exchange operations, liquidity, and trading ecosystems.
