Role Overview

  • Senior brand, marketing and membership leader to shape next phase of growth.
  • Build EDGE into an aspirational luxury ecosystem.

Marketing, Brand & Communication

  • Own and strengthen EDGE’s positioning as a Private Travel & Lifestyle Club.
  • Define and maintain brand tone of voice, storytelling standards, visual direction.
  • Lead content strategy across Instagram, LinkedIn, website, newsletters, WhatsApp.
  • Own CRM and lifecycle communication across prospects, members, partners.
  • Lead campaign planning across brand, destination, partner, membership themes.
  • Build founder led communication strategy across LinkedIn, newsletters, PR.

Membership, Community & Collaborations

  • Build premium journey for attracting, nurturing and converting members.
  • Build engagement strategies for member benefits, travel inspiration, events.
  • Plan curated member events, salons, dinners, hotel showcases.
  • Lead collaborations with tourism boards, luxury hotels, lifestyle brands.

Analytics, Team & Stakeholder Management

  • Track performance across brand, content, CRM, campaigns, collaborations.
  • Lead Digital Marketing Manager, Community Manager & Brand Collaborations lead, Graphic Designer.
  • Work cross functionally with leadership, sales, products, operations.

Ideal Candidate

  • 8–12 years of experience across brand, marketing, content, CRM, partnerships.
  • Strong understanding of luxury, high net worth audiences.
  • Ability to build brand equity, community engagement and collaborations.
  • Strong writing, storytelling and editorial sensibility.
  • Experience with CRM, lifecycle marketing, segmentation.
  • Ability to create campaigns with tourism boards, hotels.
  • Experience leading teams across digital marketing, community, design.
  • Strong eye for detail, aesthetics, language.
  • Comfortable in fast paced, founder led environment.
  • Strong project management, stakeholder management, team leadership.
