Role Description
- Full time Head of Marketing role based in the United Arab Emirates.
- Develop and execute overall marketing strategy, aligning brand, product, and communication plans with business objectives.
- Lead market planning, manage campaigns, oversee branding and digital/offline marketing.
- Supervise marketing team, coordinate with sales and investment teams, manage external agencies.
- Monitor market trends, analyze performance data, optimize budgets, provide reporting to senior leadership.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Market Planning and Marketing Management.
- Proficiency in Market Research including competitor analysis and data driven decision making.
- Experience collaborating with Sales teams for lead generation and revenue objectives.
- Public Relations expertise including media relations and corporate communications.
- Proven experience in a senior marketing leadership role, ideally in diversified business groups.
- Ability to lead, coach, and develop diverse teams in a multicultural environment.
- Strong analytical, budgeting, and reporting skills with proficiency in marketing analytics and CRM tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English; additional regional languages an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field; MBA preferred.
Pay
- AED 3,000 AED 15,000 per month
