Responsibilities
- Configure, implement, and maintain Odoo Finance & Accounting modules based on business requirements
- Analyze complex business needs, gather user requirements, and translate finance processes into optimized Odoo ERP solutions
- Provide end to end support for Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), Fixed Assets, Bank Reconciliation, Budgeting, and Financial Reporting processes
- Conduct rigorous system testing, coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and oversee smooth deployment activities
- Prepare clear functional specifications and collaborate closely with developers on required system customizations
- Deliver functional troubleshooting, ongoing user support, and create comprehensive user manuals, SOPs, and functional documentation
- Coordinate ERP upgrades, enhancements, and change requests; partner with internal stakeholders to identify automation opportunities while ensuring compliance
- Actively ensure data integrity and accuracy across all financial transactions within the system
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related discipline
- Minimum of 3–5 years of hands on experience supporting or implementing Odoo ERP Finance modules
- Strong foundational understanding of core accounting principles, financial workflows, taxation, budgeting, and financial reporting
- Proven experience across the full ERP lifecycle, including implementation, configuration, testing, and end user support
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem solving skills
- Proven track record of working effectively within cross functional teams

Job Summary
- We are seeking an experienced Odoo Functional Consultant – Finance & Accounts to support, optimize, and enhance our ERP ecosystem.
- In this role, you will be responsible for implementing, configuring, supporting, and continuously improving the Finance and Accounting modules within the Odoo ERP system.
- This position requires close collaboration with finance teams, technical developers, and business stakeholders to streamline financial operations and deliver efficient, compliant ERP solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure, implement, and maintain Odoo Finance & Accounting modules based on business requirements.
- Analyze complex business needs, gather user requirements, and successfully translate finance processes into optimized Odoo ERP solutions.
- Provide end to end support for Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), Fixed Assets, Bank Reconciliation, Budgeting, and Financial Reporting processes.

Pay
- AED 5,000.00 AED 15,000.00 per month
