Responsibilities
- Configure, implement, and maintain core ERP Finance and Accounting modules based on business requirements
- Support and optimize processes for Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Bank Reconciliation, Budgeting, and Financial Reporting
- Ensure all financial processes within the ERP comply with company policies, internal financial controls, and data integrity standards
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive executive dashboards, operational reports, and KPIs across various business units
- Develop and optimize robust data models, ETL processes, and reporting frameworks
- Integrate data from core ERP systems, databases, and third party applications into unified analytics platforms
- Perform detailed data analysis to identify trends and write optimized SQL queries to ensure maximum reporting platform performance
- Partner directly with finance teams and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into both functional ERP configurations and technical analytical solutions
- Lead system testing, coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and manage data accuracy validation across all reporting platforms
- Develop comprehensive technical documentation, data dictionaries, user manuals, and SOPs while providing functional troubleshooting and training to end users
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Finance, Accounting, or related discipline
- Minimum 3–5 years of hands on experience spanning ERP financial modules support/implementation and Business Intelligence/Data Analytics
- Strong expertise with Microsoft Power BI or similar tier 1 BI platforms
- Excellent, advanced knowledge of SQL and relational databases
- Proven experience with data modeling, ETL processes, and dashboard development
- Strong understanding of core accounting principles, financial workflows, taxation, budgeting, and corporate reporting
- Outstanding analytical, problem solving, and communication skills

Job Summary
- We are seeking a highly skilled ERP Finance & Business Intelligence (BI) Specialist to bridge the gap between our financial operations and data driven strategic decision making.
- This hybrid role is responsible for configuring, supporting, and optimizing our enterprise financial modules while simultaneously designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise grade BI reporting solutions and interactive dashboards.
Key Responsibilities

- UAE experience is highly preferred, and candidates currently based in the UAE will be given preference.
Pay
- AED5,000.00 AED10,000.00 per month
