Job Overview

  • Seeking an exceptional Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) / Head of HR to drive people strategy and align HR practices with business objectives across multiple regions.
  • Role demands balance of high level strategic vision and hands on operational leadership across a multi entity structure.

Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership & Governance

  • Design, implement, and update comprehensive HR strategies and policies aligned with global best practices and business goals across Middle East, Africa, and Asia.
  • Partner with senior leadership and Board to advise on manpower planning, organizational restructuring, culture, change management, and succession planning.
  • Develop and leverage data driven HR insights, metrics, and analytics to support executive decision making and measure HR effectiveness.
  • Oversee and manage the global HR budget, ensuring optimal resource allocation.

Key Responsibilities Talent Lifecycle & Management

  • Lead end to end workforce planning and high impact recruitment and onboarding strategies to attract top tier global talent.
  • Champion talent management frameworks including leadership development, succession planning, and continuous training initiatives.
  • Oversee objective performance management frameworks, goal setting systems (KPIs/OKRs), appraisal processes, and PIPs.

Key Responsibilities Employee Relations & Culture

  • Cultivate a positive, respectful, and inclusive work environment by driving strong employee engagement and retention strategies.
  • Act as ultimate escalation point for complex employee relations cases, conflict resolution, and disciplinary matters.
  • Champion and mentor a diverse, multi cultural HR team, fostering equity and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities Compliance & Total Rewards

  • Ensure absolute compliance with UAE labor laws and corporate regulations, while monitoring legal frameworks across other operational regions.
  • Design and manage competitive compensation, benefits, and total rewards structures to position company as employer of choice.

Job Requirements Education & Certifications

  • Minimum: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or closely related field.
  • Preferred: Master's degree (MBA/MSc) or premium professional HR certifications (e.g., SHRM SCP, SPHRi, CIPD Level 7).

Job Requirements Experience & Knowledge

  • Minimum 8 12 years of progressive HR experience with proven track record in senior leadership role (Director or C level) within complex, multi country or multi entity organizations.
  • Deep authoritative knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations; strong familiarity with regional HR practices across Middle East, Africa, and Asia highly desirable.
  • Extensive hands on experience in organizational development, employee relations, total rewards, and performance evaluation frameworks.

Job Requirements Skills & Attributes

  • Exceptional analytical and problem solving skills with ability to translate business goals into actionable human capital strategies.
  • Proven ability to lead, mentor, and inspire a distributed HR team while influencing senior stakeholders.
  • Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Immediate joiners based in UAE highly preferred.
