Job Overview
- Responsible for marine safety, quality assurance and compliance for Compression projects marine scope in accordance with LNG Marine Operations Procedures and international regulations.
- Acts as focal point for marine safety and quality assurance activities across Compression projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Guide and coordinate work of project marine leads and coordinators.
- Manage marine assurance processes including vessel suitability assessments, OVID inspections, marine warranty surveys, DP assurance.
- Ensure Contractor personnel and Company Teams are qualified and trained.
- Manage interfaces with OPCO Marine and Compression PMTs.
- Establish communication among marine stakeholders and contractors.
- Implement Marine Incident Reporting System and lead incident investigations.
- Implement lesson learned process.
- Participate in risk screening and assessment.
- Coordinate with MWS and contractor's marine team for marine assurance scope.
Qualifications
- Strong commitment to Safety Leadership with extensive knowledge of maritime safety protocols.
- Experience in marine operations and incident investigation.
