Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the organization’s
• IT infrastructure, applications, networks, and security operations
• Develop and implement the overall
• IT strategy, roadmap, and governance framework
• aligned with business goals
• Oversee
• IT operations, service delivery, and support functions
• ensuring system availability and performance
• Manage enterprise applications, ERP systems, cloud platforms, and business-critical technologies
• Ensure implementation of
• cybersecurity policies, risk management, backup, and disaster recovery plans
• Lead digital transformation and automation initiatives to improve operational efficiency
• Manage IT budgets, procurement, licensing, and vendor relationships
• Establish and monitor
• IT policies, SOPs, SLAs, and compliance standards
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand technology requirements and deliver effective solutions
• Lead, mentor, and develop the internal IT team and external partners
• Oversee infrastructure upgrades, system implementations, and technology projects
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, security, and audit requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in
• Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
• 10+ years of experience in

It Operations And Infrastructure And Technology Management

• Proven experience in a leadership role such as
• IT Manager / IT Head / Infrastructure Manager
• Strong knowledge of:

• Cybersecurity & Risk Management

• Cloud Technologies (Azure / AWS / Microsoft 365)

• IT Governance & Compliance

• Experience managing
• multi-functional IT teams and vendors
• Strong understanding of
• ITIL processes and service management
• Experience in budgeting, IT procurement, and vendor negotiations
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Preferred And Nice-To-Have Skills

• ITIL / PMP / CISSP / Microsoft / Cloud certifications
• Experience leading
• digital transformation initiatives
• Exposure to enterprise environments with multi-site operations
• Knowledge of UAE regulatory and cybersecurity standards
