- Develop and implement the organization's IT strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and digital transformation initiatives.
- Oversee the administration, enhancement, and support of Oracle EBS, ERP modules, enterprise applications, and system integrations across departments.
- Manage IT projects, system upgrades, vendor relationships, cybersecurity initiatives, disaster recovery planning, and IT governance while ensuring high system availability, performance, and security.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify technology solutions, improve operational efficiency, automate business processes, and support strategic decision making.
- Lead and develop the IT team, ensuring excellent service delivery, compliance with IT policies, and continuous improvement of technology services.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- Minimum of 8–10 years of progressive IT experience
- At least 5 years in a managerial or leadership role
- Strong experience managing ERP systems, preferably Oracle E Business Suite (Oracle EBS), enterprise applications, and IT infrastructure
- Proven knowledge of IT operations, cybersecurity, cloud technologies, network administration, system integration, disaster recovery, and vendor management
