Role Overview
The India CDS Head leads the Client Account Modification team, a sub-unit of Client Documentation Services within the COO Office.

Role Overview
The India CDS Head leads the Client Account Modification team, a sub-unit of Client Documentation Services within the COO Office.
The team reviews account documentation for changes in client circumstances and scans and archives documents to maintain accurate client static data.
The role leads a team of 15 and reports functionally to the Head of CDS Singapore.
People Management
- Implement measures for high staff performance and share information with team members in a timely manner.
- Promote skills upgrading, cross-training, and job rotation.
- Coach and mentor team members, provide constructive feedback, and support their development.
Client and Business Management
- Build relationships with CDS Singapore, Front Office, Legal, Compliance, and Risk Management stakeholders.
- Deliver consistent service, meet SLAs, and comply with bank policies and regulatory requirements.
- Support new initiatives and ad hoc tasks while driving innovation and continuous process improvement.
