Responsibilities
- Receive, process, and verify customer requests and booking confirmations via email.
- Receive inbound calls and communicate appropriately.
- Assist guests with special requests and arrangements as the channel coordinator.
- Coordinate with booking channel agents regarding reservations.
- Answer inquiries from hosts, channels, and guests by phone or email.
Compensation
- Pay is ₹17,000 to ₹22,000 per month.
