Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Lead financial strategy:
• Develop and execute financial plans that align with company goals, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial modeling.
• Oversee financial reporting:
• Ensure the timely preparation of accurate financial statements, management reports, and KPI dashboards in accordance with GAAP and regulatory requirements.
• Manage close and consolidation:
• Own month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes, intercompany eliminations, and consolidation activities.
• Drive forecasting and analysis:
• Lead scenario planning, variance analysis, and financial modeling to inform strategic decisions and resource allocation.
• Ensure compliance & controls:
• Maintain and enhance internal control frameworks, oversee audits, tax compliance, and regulatory filings, and mitigate financial risk.
• Lead and develop the finance team:
• Build, mentor, and scale high-performing teams across accounting, FP&A, treasury, and financial operations; set performance goals and foster professional development.
• Optimize cash & capital management:
• Oversee treasury functions, cash flow forecasting, banking relationships, and working capital initiatives.
• Support funding & transactions:
• Lead financial due diligence, investor reporting, fundraising, and M&A activities as needed.
• Partner with cross-functional leaders:
• Collaborate with product, operations, HR, and legal to align financial plans with business priorities and operational initiatives.
• Implement process improvements:
• Drive automation, system enhancements, and process standardization to increase efficiency and reporting accuracy.
