- Lead all financial planning & analysis (FP&A) activities including budgeting, forecasting, and long range planning
- Oversee monthly management reporting and financial performance analysis
- Drive business performance reviews, identifying risks, opportunities, and cost optimisation strategies
- Lead financial modelling and feasibility studies for new clinics, expansions, and investments
- Support and contribute to mergers, acquisitions, and investment activities
- Ensure robust financial governance, internal controls, and compliance frameworks
- Manage group reporting, audit, tax, and regulatory requirements
- Partner closely with executive leadership to deliver data driven decision making
- Develop and implement SOPs, DoA, and financial policies
- Lead and develop a high performing finance team across multiple entities

Role Overview
- HealthHub is seeking a highly experienced Head of Finance with a strong healthcare background, Arabic language capability, and deep FP&A expertise to lead the financial strategy and operations across the division.
- Reporting directly to the Managing Director, this role will be critical in driving performance, supporting growth, and providing strategic financial leadership across multiple healthcare entities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead all financial planning & analysis (FP&A) activities including budgeting, forecasting, and long range planning
- Oversee monthly management reporting and financial performance analysis, ensuring accuracy and timely insights
- Drive business performance reviews, identifying risks, opportunities, and cost optimisation strategies
- Lead financial modelling and feasibility studies for new clinics, expansions, and investments
- Support and contribute to mergers, acquisitions, and investment activities, including financial due diligence and business case evaluation (highly desirable)
- Ensure robust financial governance, internal controls, and compliance frameworks across the healthcare division
- Manage group reporting, audit, tax, and regulatory requirements
- Partner closely with executive leadership to deliver data driven decision making and strategy execution
- Develop and implement SOPs, DoA, and financial policies to support operational excellence
- Lead and develop a high performing finance team across multiple entities
