- Review the corporate's annual budget in coordination with the relevant organizational units
- Implement governance requirements and ensure effective, efficient, and ethical management of the section's activities
- Supervise and ensure the proper implementation of operational plans, policies, and procedures related to the financial affairs of the corporate's revenues, claims, and collections
- Supervise and ensure the proper implementation of operational plans, policies, and procedures related to the corporate's payments
- Supervise and ensure the proper implementation of operational plans, policies, and procedures related to budgets and the corporate's general financial accounts
- Supervise and ensure the proper implementation of operational plans and policies related to treasury activities
- Supervise and ensure the proper implementation of treasury procedures concerning the receipt of cash and cheques, collection of financial fees, and periodic inventory/reconciliation activities
- Review financial reports submitted by heads of organizational units within the section, approve the information contained therein, and submit them to senior management
Qualifications
- A Master's degree requires a minimum of 9 years of experience in Accounting, Finance, or an equivalent field
- A Bachelor's degree requires a minimum of 11 years of experience in Accounting, Finance, or an equivalent field
