Job Scope

  • Drive overall commercial growth by closing and negotiating high value events and developing new event packages.
  • Set standards for CRM discipline, guest experience, and cross park sales governance.

Job Responsibilities

  • Personally lead/close large scale, high revenue opportunities such as park privatizations and gala dinners.
  • Own high value MICE style business and bespoke corporate solutions.
  • Conduct site visits with potential clients across all assets.
  • Own and deliver against Annual Event Sales Budget and team targets.
  • Define and launch new event packages and refine existing offerings.
  • Use CRM daily to track opportunities for each enquiry.
  • Provide senior stakeholder management across parks and functions.
  • Identify and act on upsell opportunities and follow up post event for repeat business.
  • Work closely with park operations and vendors to ensure client requirements are met.
  • Drive repeat business strategy: post event follow up, account growth planning, and missed opportunity learning loops.
  • Work weekends when required.

Job Essentials

  • Experience in Account Management and negotiation
  • The ability and desire to sell
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Good level of numeracy
