Role Overview

  • Lead the end to end delivery of B2B events across a cluster of attractions, combining commercial ownership, event planning, and execution oversight.
  • This role is responsible for driving revenue, shaping event offerings, and ensuring flawless delivery through close coordination with internal teams and on ground execution.

Commercial & Sales Leadership

  • Personally lead and close large scale, high revenue opportunities, including privatizations and gala dinners; define negotiation strategy and secure commercial approvals
  • Own high value MICE business (meetings, conferences) and bespoke corporate solutions
  • Deliver against Annual Event Sales Budget and team revenue targets; actively manage pipeline health and conversion
  • Identify and drive upsell opportunities, ensuring maximised revenue per event
  • Lead post event follow up and account growth strategies to drive repeat business

Event Planning & Client Management

  • Conduct site visits across all for prospective clients; support FAM trips and proactively showcase event capabilities
  • Work closely with clients to design tailored event solutions aligned with brand standards and operational feasibility
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless transition from sale to planning and delivery phases
  • Define and evolve event packages, ensuring alignment with market demand, pricing competitiveness, and margin targets

Execution Oversight & Operational Leadership

  • Manage the execution team’s day to day scheduling, workload allocation, and performance oversight
  • Run internal stakeholder planning meetings for all upcoming events, ensuring alignment across operations, entertainment, F&B, and support functions
  • Oversee event readiness and handover processes, ensuring all requirements are clearly communicated for flawless execution
  • Maintain ongoing communication with vendors to uphold delivery standards and guest experience

Governance, Systems & Continuous Improvement

  • Use CRM daily to ensure accurate opportunity tracking, pipeline visibility, and team accountability
  • Provide senior stakeholder management across corporate functions to remove delivery blockers
  • Establish 'missed opportunity' reviews and continuous improvement loops to refine product and processes
  • Drive structured post event reporting and insights to inform future sales and product development

Essential Qualifications

  • Higher Secondary or bachelor’s degree in any field
  • 3 to 5 years of work experience
  • Experience in Account Management and negotiation
  • The ability and desire to sell
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good interpersonal Skills
  • Good level of numeracy

Desirable Qualifications

  • University Degree
  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales or Marketing field
  • 2 3 years of work experience in/or within the hospitality/leisure industry
  • Some work experience in a customer facing environment, such as retail or hospitality
  • Fluency in Arabic
  • Experience in Business Development
