Requirements
- 10+ years' experience in retail commerce technology leadership (essential)
- Deep expertise in Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFRA, Headless, SCAPI)
- Mandatory Salesforce certifications (SFCC Architect/B2C Architect/Developer)
- Strong experience with SAP S/4HANA, OMS, and enterprise integrations
- Proven ability to lead large, distributed engineering teams and platforms
