Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Digital Transformation Strategy and Technology Roadmap.
• Develop strategic and operational plans and maintain stakeholder relationships for high-quality technology services.
• Implement IT governance, technology policies, security controls, quality practices, and regulatory compliance.
• Prioritize technology requirements and deliver digital platforms, system integrations, and modernization initiatives.
• Oversee infrastructure, enterprise applications, cloud services, data platforms, cybersecurity, disaster recovery, and business continuity.
• Manage ICT procurement, investments, vendors, contracts, budgets, and resource planning.
• Monitor KPIs, service performance, project delivery, operational effectiveness, and executive reporting.
• Promote automation, artificial intelligence, innovation, security awareness, professional development, and employee engagement.

Education and Experience

• A bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, computer engineering, information systems, software engineering, or a related discipline is required.
• A master's degree in information technology, digital transformation, business administration, information systems, or a related field is preferred.
• At least 10 years of progressive experience in IT, digital transformation, enterprise applications, infrastructure, or IT service delivery is required.
• At least 5 years of managerial or leadership experience in IT operations, digital transformation, enterprise technology projects, or information systems is required.
• Experience with digital strategies, technology roadmaps, enterprise applications, infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, data management, and business continuity is required.
• Experience delivering large-scale ICT projects, digital platforms, integrations, modernization, governance, risk management, IT service management, procurement, vendors, budgets, KPIs, and policies is required.

Preferred Certifications

• Preferred certifications include PMP, ITIL, COBIT, TOGAF, CISSP, CISM, cloud architecture, Scrum, Agile, digital transformation, and ISO 27001 credentials.
