Job Summary

Asset and Property Governance

• Govern assets and properties and oversee registration, transfer, utilization, and disposal in accordance with UAE laws and internal procedures.
• Develop and implement an integrated asset and property management strategy.
• Coordinate annual, surprise inventory, inspection, and disposal committees.
• Document the condition and usability of furniture, equipment, devices, and cultural assets.

Warehouse and Inventory Operations

• Validate receipt of goods and materials against purchase orders, contracts, and delivery documentation.
• Manage damaged, obsolete, and non-functional item identification, classification, and disposal.
• Maintain warehouse security, safety, inventory integrity, and accurate transaction records.
• Process and approve requests for issuance and internal distribution of stored items.

Audits and Reporting

• Conduct regular and periodic inventory audits and stock counts across all warehouses.
• Prepare monthly and periodic reports on stock levels, movements, variances, risks, and compliance.
• Provide reports, dashboards, and KPIs for senior management decision-making.

Process Improvement

• Improve asset management processes, systems, and controls to enhance efficiency, transparency, accountability, and compliance.
• Ensure operations align with approved standards, regulatory requirements, and Ministry objectives.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, Accounting, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 6 years of relevant experience in asset management, inventory control, warehouse operations, logistics, supply chain management, or facilities-related asset governance.
• At least 5 years in a supervisory or managerial role overseeing asset management systems, warehouses, or multi-site inventory operations.
• Experience managing asset registration, tagging, valuation, transfer, maintenance tracking, and disposal.
• Experience preparing reports, dashboards, and KPIs for senior management.

Preferred Certifications

• Certified Asset Management Professional or a similar asset management certification is preferred.
• Certified Supply Chain Professional or a comparable logistics and distribution certification is preferred.
• Certified inventory or stores management qualification is preferred.
• Project Management Professional certification is an advantage.
