Develop strategies, programmes, and partnerships that empower communities, promote active participation, and create social impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead strategies and initiatives related to volunteer management, social cohesion, and community engagement.
- Develop frameworks and programmes that encourage community participation and a culture of volunteerism.
- Build and manage partnerships with government, private-sector, non-profit, and community stakeholders.
- Lead community initiatives and programmes aligned with organizational and national priorities.
- Oversee volunteer engagement, development, and recognition initiatives.
- Monitor programme performance and social impact through KPIs and reporting mechanisms.
- Lead and develop high-performing teams and ensure effective delivery of strategic objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; a master’s degree is an advantage.
- Significant leadership experience in volunteer management, community engagement, social development, CSR, social cohesion, or related fields.
- Experience developing and implementing community-focused strategies and large-scale initiatives.
- Strong stakeholder management and partnership-building capabilities.
- Excellent strategic thinking, leadership, and communication skills.
