- Define and lead the program delivery model and service standards
- Own the participant experience across the full program lifecycle
- Monitor delivery performance and implement corrective actions
- Optimize data management, reporting tools, and workflows
- Ensure accuracy and compliance of academic records and certifications
- Own budget planning, forecasting, cost control, and resource allocation
- Lead, develop, and support the Degree Programs Delivery team

- Strong leadership and team management skills

Position Overview
- The Head of Delivery, Degree Programs is responsible for successful delivery of all degree programs.
- Ensures smooth operations, high service standards, and positive participant experience.
- Oversees the delivery team and works with academic leadership and internal stakeholders.
Program Delivery and Operational Excellence
- Lead end to end delivery of all Degree Programs, including planning, scheduling, logistics, and faculty coordination.
- Define and lead the program delivery model, operating processes, and service standards.
- Own the participant experience across the full program lifecycle.
- Monitor delivery performance and implement corrective actions.
- Lead optimization of data management, reporting tools, and workflows.
- Work with academic leadership to uphold academic quality and compliance.
- Ensure accuracy and audit readiness of academic records and certifications.
- Own budget planning, forecasting, cost control, and resource allocation.
Stakeholder Engagement and Collaboration
- Lead collaboration with B2C, Admissions, Finance, Marketing, and other stakeholders.
- Build and maintain relationships with academic leadership, faculty, participants, and HEC Paris Main Campus.
- Represent Degree Programs Delivery function in institutional projects and management discussions.
- Act as primary point of coordination between operational and academic stakeholders.
Team Leadership
- Lead, develop, and support the Degree Programs Delivery team.
- Set objectives, allocate resources, and ensure effective workload management.
- Coach and develop team members through feedback and performance management.
- Promote continuous improvement and knowledge sharing within the team.
